Ali Ebrahim is Head of Wills and Probate of the Ackroyd Legal group.
Ali has extensive experience in both simple and complex Wills, besides his expertise in Probate. He was born in Zimbabwe and has been in the UK since 2004, where he qualified as a solicitor in 2007.
Ali has a strong background in Private Client work, with varied and complex matters, which entails simple and complex Wills, administering small and high net worth estates, besides serving clients in the UK and overseas. He also advises clients on Trusts and Lifetime planning with a view to mitigating inheritance tax.
His expertise also covers matters in relation to Lasting Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection for Deputyship Orders.
