Ashkan Ghadimy Nejad

Due to his fine eye for detail, ability to build strong client rapport, and exceptional aptitude to galvanise a team, Ashkan was soon given the responsibility of leading the Bridging department. Ashkan joined the firm in June 2018 and completed his training contract, it was clear from the outset that he had a natural acumen for the law and was able to use his intellectual rigour to achieve the best outcome in complicated property matters both contentious, including breach of contract in auction properties, landlord and tenant, and contentious lease disputes. Ashkan’s non-contentious work extends to guiding clients through the Section 42 process, residential and commercial property transactions, and leases. Ashkan has also given up significant amounts of time to train more junior staff and budding lawyers from the local area. Ashkan also leads the firms Pro Bono unit which has grown from strength to strength.

After completing his LLB, LPC, and LLM, Ashkan went to diversify his legal experience by spending 3 months working at Tehran Pars Law in Iran. Upon his return, he volunteered for the National Domestic Violence Hotline while working in positions at RadcliffesLeBrasseur in 2017, then Kidd Rapinet LLP before being awarded a training contract at Ackroyd Legal. With the firm’s ambitious acquisition strategy continuing intertwined with Ashkan’s significant material impact on the running of the property department, it is without a doubt that Ashkan’s position within the group will only continue to intumesce before taking a seat as a partner in the short term.
