We are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join our dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of conveyancing cases from inception to completion
- Conduct legal research and provide expert advice on conveyancing matters
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with a current practicing certificate
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential/commercial conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
