Under the current laws, EU/EFTA citizens can bring family members to the UK, who will also have the same rights to work and study, as follows:
Family members who are non-EU/EFTA citizens will need to apply for a Family Permit to join you in the UK. This will be valid for six months, although it can be extended. In order to apply, the family member who is an EU citizen must be either already in the UK or you must be travelling together.
There are currently different immigration rules for citizens of Croatia who are coming to the UK. You will need to apply for a registration certificate in order to be allowed to work and you must be able to support yourself financially or be working, self-employed or studying in order to stay for a period of longer than three months.
