Kenneth Flooks is Regional Head of Conveyancing in Hampshire.
With over 58 years of experience with various firms in and around Southampton, Ken has vast experience in Residential Conveyancing.
He has a background in most areas of law but now specialising in Residential Conveyancing, Shared Ownership Schemes, Help to Buy Purchases, Lease Extensions, Remortgages, and New Build Transactions.
Ken’s extensive knowledge and experience provide positive results and help him achieve the best outcome for all his clients.

In addition to a Conveyancing guru, Ken is also a Senior Judo Instructor and Coach. Holding a Black Belt (5th Dan), he also has his own Judo Club and is the Area Representative of the British Judo Council. Ken’s now retired from rowing, football and squash.
After years of hard work and acquired knowledge, Ken is looking forward to his retirement. And to be able to spend even more time with his family.
