Rachael qualified as a solicitor in Australia in 2014. She practised at a leading boutique and then a national firm in a broad range of civil and commercial disputes before moving to London in 2022 and being called to the bar of England and Wales.
* Rachael commenced with Ackroyd Legal as legal counsel in 2023.
* Her experience spans property, contractual, contested estate, injunctive and tax matters and she is comfortable conducting proceedings in a wide range of courts and tribunals. She is focused on advocating strongly for her clients, be they claimants or defendants, whilst also providing pragmatic and sensible advice in order to resolve their disputes.
* Rachael holds a double degree in Law and Arts, majoring in History, from the University of Sydney and a Master of Laws from the Australian National University.
