Clive has more than 18 years of experience working in high profile West End firms servicing high net worth clients and providing a personal service.

Clive is an experienced residential and commercial real estate lawyer who focuses on leasehold enfranchisement and complex landlord and tenant transactions.

Clive advises property companies and trustees of pension schemes on portfolio acquisition and subsequent management. He regularly acts for banks and other financial institutions in connection with secured lending transactions, including development finance.

He also has broad experience of commercial and residential property matters with particular emphasis on leasehold enfranchisement and landlord and tenant issues.

Education

Clive graduated in 1996 from University College London and subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London with distinction. He qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and afterwards worked in top tier West End firms including Teacher Stern, Russell Cooke, Brecher and Rokeby Johnson Baars.

Outside the office

In his spare time, Clive enjoys competitive participation in various sports, in particular skiing and mountain biking.

What the future holds

Clive intends to continue to expand his specialisation in leasehold enfranchisement and to continue to provide a personal and a high level of service to all of his clients. He believes knowledge is something that you should never stop acquiring.
